Rodalinets: Leveraging traveller’s data to improve the customer experience in the public railway system

After 14 months of continuous and intense work, Rodalinets is now having a first MVP ready to go on the Google Store. The potential impact of this service has been recognized by the Spanish Railway company Renfe, awarding Rodalinets in the Customer Service challenge (antena TrenLab incubator) and incorporating that product as part of the acceleration process of its antena TrenLab, starting with a TRL6 moving up. This award, with more than 45 competing projects, provides a 25.000€ prize plus being part of a 6-month acceleration program at the Tecnocampus with a Mentorship program and a testing scenario along the R1 line.

 

With complementary seed funding from MdM, Rodalinets will advance its MVP development, refine the technology and business models and engage in partnerships for commercialization. This strategic alignment ensures that Rodalinets is well-positioned to contribute significantly to the innovation ecosystem, exemplifying the MdM program's vision of a forward-thinking, innovation-driven future.
